Yoga Mat - Blue

A yoga mat can dramatically boost your yoga practice. The sticky mat does a fantastic job in keeping hands and feet (and the legs of a chair if you are using one) firmly in position on the mat.

It is imperative to use a yoga mat with my new Heart Healthy Yoga video because of the placement and movement of the feet and hands in performing sun salutations, the core of this new program. I encourage you to purchase a yoga mat if you do not already own one. I have many mats, one for each location, and I do replace them from time to time.
