Heart Healthy Yoga is Peggy's newest PBS video is a fabulous anti-stress yoga sequence, presented in her gentle style that everybody can do. Two separate workouts are included: Classical version or a modified version with a chair. Either workout provides the same benefits.

How is Heart Healthy Yoga different from Peggy's other Yoga for the Rest of Us videos?

This program is the most comprehensive of Peggy's instructional videos. Two separate and complete programs, based on Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), are done with a chair or traditionally from the floor.

Peggy's Total Relaxation Audio CD is a spoken, audio program. In her soothing voice, Peggy guides you through three approaches to deep relaxation: tense and release of muscles, progressive relaxation, and mental focus body scan. Listen to all three and then choose your favorite, or do all three. For daily use.

Peggy’s Eye Pillow rounds out the package. Place the unscented pillow on your closed eyelids before beginning the relaxation on either the DVD or the CD. The gentle weight of organic flax seeds inside the pillow will aid in soothing tired eye muscles, decrease wrinkle lines caused by worry or tension, and effectively block light from entering the eyes.
